1. Our Service

NexTrip sells digital, data-only eSIM plans that provide mobile data connectivity for international travelers in 190+ countries. Our eSIM plans are data-only — we do not provide voice calling, SMS, VOIP services, telecom equipment, or IPTV/media streaming services.

2. Eligibility and Account

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase from NexTrip.
• You are responsible for providing accurate information at checkout.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials.

3. Orders and Delivery

Upon successful payment, your eSIM will be delivered digitally via email, typically as a QR code and/or manual installation details, immediately or within a short processing time. It is your responsibility to:

• Verify that your device is unlocked and eSIM-compatible before purchasing.
• Install the eSIM correctly, following the instructions provided.
• Note that each eSIM QR code can only be installed on one device, one time — it cannot be transferred after activation.

4. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
• Payment is due in full at the time of purchase.
• Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor (Stripe).
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time; changes will not affect orders already completed.

5. Refunds

Our refund terms are set out in our separate Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In summary: unused, uninstalled eSIMs are eligible for a refund within the stated eligibility window; activated eSIMs are generally non-refundable except where a genuine service-side fault is confirmed.

6. Service Availability and Limitation of Liability

NexTrip relies on third-party mobile network operators and eSIM infrastructure providers to deliver connectivity. We do not own or operate these networks, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuous service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NexTrip is not liable for:

• Connectivity issues caused by locked, unsupported, or incompatible devices.
• Incorrect device settings, including APN configuration or disabled data roaming.
• Outages, degradation, or unavailability of third-party mobile networks.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including lost profits, data, or business opportunities.

7. Customer Responsibilities

• Verifying device compatibility prior to purchase.
• Following installation and network setting instructions provided by NexTrip.
• Not reselling, redistributing, or sharing purchased eSIMs without our written consent.
• Using the Service only for lawful purposes.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including the NexTrip name, logo, graphics, and text, is the property of NexTrip LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our branding without prior written permission.

9. Third-Party Services

Our Service relies on third-party eSIM wholesale and network providers. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, or service quality of these third parties beyond what is expressly stated in these Terms.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, United States.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
